Gator Cases offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty covers repair or replacement at Gator’s discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

• Wear and tear, including exposure to extreme temperatures, water, or solvents
• Airline or shipping mishandling (claims should be filed with the carrier)

Coverage Notes

• Moving parts like zippers and wheels are covered for 1 year
• Electronic components are covered for 90 days
• Parts for discontinued models are supported for 1 year post-discontinuation
