Gator Cases offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser (proof of purchase required). Coverage includes repair or replacement at Gator’s discretion. Excludes wear and tear, misuse, and third-party shipping damage.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Normal wear, misuse, or exposure to extreme conditions
• Damage by airline or freight carriers (claims must be filed directly with the carrier)
• Electronic components after 90 days
• Handles, zippers, wheels after 1 year (replacement parts may be provided free if available)

Warranty Void If:

• Serviced by unauthorized repair centers
• Used in rental or commercial settings
