Equipped with two custom-designed P90-style single-coil pickups using Alnico V magnets, the Revstar Standard produces articulate highs, rich mids, and punchy low-end response. A 5-way pickup selector expands tonal versatility with unique phase-shifted positions, while Yamaha’s passive Focus Switch boost delivers a thicker, more aggressive tone reminiscent of overwound pickups.
