Gator Frameworks provides a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Gator may repair, replace, or offer an equivalent product at its discretion.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Structural faults under normal use
• Defective moving parts (1-year coverage)

Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
• Damage from solvents, moisture, extreme temperatures
• Airline or freight mishandling

Other Warranty Notes:

• Moving parts: Covered for 1 year; free replacement parts offered afterward if available
• Electronics: 90-day manufacturer’s warranty
• Discontinued Products: Supported up to one year after discontinuation
• Rental Use: Voids warranty

Warranty Claim Process

To file a claim, provide your original receipt and photos of the defect. You’ll need to ship the product to the nearest Gator Service Center at your own expense. Once inspected, Gator will confirm warranty coverage and proceed with repair or replacement. If your item is no longer available, a comparable replacement will be provided.
