Gator Cases provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for original owners, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship with proof of purchase. This includes repair or replacement with a comparable item at Gator's discretion. Excludes loss of property, use, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Damage Not Covered

Warranty excludes damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to harsh elements, or transport damage.

Moving Parts

Covered for 1 year (e.g., zippers, handles, wheels). After that, field-replaceable parts may be provided for free; repairs may incur charges.

Electronics

Ninety-day warranty on electronics. After that, replacement parts may be available on request.

Airline/Shipping Damage

Not covered. File claims directly with the carrier. Gator can assist with estimates for repair/replacement.

Discontinued Items

Covered for one year after discontinuation or original purchase, whichever is later. Replacement parts may be provided if available.
