Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases stands behind the quality of its products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner and requires proof of purchase. We offer repair, replacement, or substitution with a comparable product at our discretion. This warranty excludes personal property loss, misuse, and normal wear and tear.

Damage Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water exposure, or transport damage.

Moving Parts

Components such as zippers, retractable handles, and wheels are covered for one year. After one year, field-replaceable parts are provided free of charge, with paid repair options available.

Electronics

All electronics are covered under a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty. After this period, contact Gator Cases for replacement part options.

Airline & Shipping Damage

Damage caused by airlines or freight companies is not covered. File claims directly with the carrier. Gator Cases can provide documentation for repair or replacement estimates.

Discontinued Products

Warranty support is available for one year from the date the product is discontinued or from the purchase date—whichever is later. After that period, replacement parts may be available depending on stock.

Warranty Exclusions

• Warranty is void if repairs are done by unauthorized service centers.
• Warranty does not apply if the product is used in a rental capacity.
