Gator Cases offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. The warranty includes repair or replacement with a product of comparable value, at Gator’s discretion. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or third-party transport damage.

Warranty Exclusions

• Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or exposure to extreme elements
• Normal wear and tear (abrasion, zippers, etc.)
• Electronic parts after 90 days
• Wheels, handles, and moving parts after 1 year (field-replaceable parts may be offered)
• Airline or shipping damage (file claims directly with the carrier)

Warranty Becomes Void If:

• Serviced or repaired by non-authorized service centers
• Used for rental or commercial purposes
