Gator Cases provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in material and workmanship for the original purchaser, with proof of purchase required. This warranty includes repair or replacement with an equivalent product, at Gator’s discretion, and excludes wear and tear, misuse, or transport damage.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or environmental exposure
• Normal wear and tear including zippers and fabric stress
• Electronic parts beyond 90 days
• Wheels and handles after 1 year (field-replaceable parts may be offered)
• Damage during airline or freight transport (file claims directly with the carrier)

Warranty Becomes Void If:

• Non-Gator-approved service centers perform repairs
• Product is used in rental or commercial environments
