Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases stands behind its products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original owner and requires proof of purchase.

Warranty Coverage Includes

• Repair or replacement of the defective product
• Replacement with a comparable product of similar value (if needed)

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Loss or damage of personal property
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Normal wear and tear, exposure to elements, solvents, or extreme conditions
• Transport-related damage

Moving Parts

Components like zippers, wheels, and handles are covered for one year from the purchase date. After that, Gator provides field-replaceable parts free of charge, though repair services may carry a fee.

Electronics Warranty

Electronics carry a 90-day warranty. Contact Gator Cases for assistance with replacement parts after this period.

Shipping/Carrier Damage

Damage from airlines or freight companies is not covered. File claims with the carrier directly. Gator can assist with cost estimates for repairs or replacements.

Discontinued Products

Warranty coverage for discontinued items lasts for one year from discontinuation or original purchase—whichever is later. Parts may still be available; contact us to check.

Warranty Void Conditions

• Repairs made by unauthorized service centers
• Use of the product in rental or commercial applications
