Gator Cases offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner with proof of purchase. The warranty includes repair or replacement with a comparable product at Gator’s discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect
• Accidental damage, exposure to extreme elements or chemicals
• Airline/freight shipping damage (claims must be filed directly with the carrier)

Coverage on Moving Parts

Parts like zippers, wheels, and handles are covered for one year from purchase. After that, field-replaceable parts are offered free of charge, with paid repair services available.

Electronics Warranty

Electronics are covered under a 90-day limited warranty. Contact Gator Cases for post-warranty support and parts.

Discontinued Product Support

Parts and support are available for discontinued items up to one year from discontinuation or purchase—whichever is later. Availability of replacement parts beyond this time is subject to inventory.

Voiding Conditions

• Unauthorized repairs by non-Gator service centers
• Use of the product for rental purposes
