Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original owner with proof of purchase. It includes repair or replacement with a comparable item at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered.

Damage Not Covered

The warranty excludes damage due to misuse, neglect, exposure to extreme conditions, water, solvents, or physical impact during transport.

Moving Parts

Parts subject to wear—like zippers, wheels, and handles—are covered for one year. Afterward, Gator provides field-replaceable parts free of charge, though repair services may incur a cost.

Electronics

Electronic components are covered for 90 days. Beyond that, contact Gator Cases for replacement part options.

Airline & Shipping Damage

Damage from shipping carriers or airlines is not covered. Please file claims directly with the carrier. Gator can assist with documentation.

Discontinued Products

Support is provided for one year after the item is discontinued or from the purchase date—whichever is later. Replacement parts may still be available depending on stock.

Warranty Exclusions

• Unauthorized or improper repairs by non-approved service centers
• Use of product in rental environments
