The SM7dB is the next evolution of Shure’s iconic broadcast mic. It features the same smooth, flat frequency response as the SM7B plus a built‑in, phantom‑powered preamp that adds +18 dB or +28 dB of clean gain. This eliminates the need for external boosters when connecting to audio interfaces. Bass roll‑off and midrange presence boost controls, improved hum rejection and internal air suspension shock isolation ensure pristine audio for podcasts, vocal recording and broadcast. A standard and large A7WS windscreen are included along with a yoke mount for precise placement.
