Gator Frameworks Warranty:

This product is backed by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner and requires proof of purchase.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, normal wear and tear, or transport damage. Moving parts such as zippers and handles are covered for one year from the purchase date. Electronics carry a 90-day warranty.

• Warranty is void if unauthorized repairs are made or if the product is used in a rental setting.
• Airline/freight damage is not covered—claims must be filed with the carrier.
• Discontinued items are supported for one year after discontinuation, subject to parts availability.

For warranty claims, customers must provide the original receipt and photos of the defect. Return shipping to the service center is the customer's responsibility. If the warranty is valid, Gator will repair or replace the product at no charge. If replacement is needed and the original model is no longer available, a comparable substitute will be provided.
