Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original owner with proof of purchase. We may repair or replace the product, or offer a comparable replacement at our discretion. This warranty excludes loss of personal items, misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.

Damage Not Covered

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, extreme temperatures, water, solvents, acids, or mishandling during transport.

Moving Parts

Components like zippers, wheels, and retractable handles are covered for one year from the date of purchase. After that, Gator offers field-replaceable parts at no charge. Repair services may involve a fee.

Electronics

Electronic components are covered for 90 days. For assistance after this period, contact Gator Cases for replacement part availability.

Airline & Shipping Damage

Damage caused by shipping or airline mishandling is not covered. File claims with the carrier directly. Gator Cases can assist by providing repair and replacement cost documentation.

Discontinued Products

Support is available for one year after the product is discontinued or from the purchase date—whichever is later. Availability of replacement parts after that is subject to inventory.

Warranty Exclusions

• Repairs or service performed by non-Gator-approved technicians
• Use of the product in a rental environment
