Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original owner and requires proof of purchase. Gator will repair or replace the product, or offer a comparable replacement, at its discretion. This warranty excludes loss of personal property, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Damage Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or shipping.

Moving Parts

Components like zippers, handles, and wheels are covered for one year. After one year, Gator provides field-replaceable parts free of charge for the product’s lifetime, though service may be billable.

Electronics

All electronics are covered by a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty. Contact Gator Cases for parts or replacements after this period.

Airline and Shipping Damage

Carrier-related damage is not covered. Claims must be filed directly with the airline or shipping company. Gator can assist with cost documentation.

Discontinued Items

Support for discontinued items is available for one year after the item is no longer available. Afterward, Gator may offer parts based on availability.

Voiding Your Warranty

• Repairs or modifications by unauthorized service centers
• Use in rental applications
