Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase. At our discretion, products may be repaired or replaced with a comparable item. This warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidental harm, or normal wear and tear.

Damage Not Covered

Warranty excludes damage caused by negligence, accidents, abrasion, extreme conditions, solvents, acids, water, transport, or normal wear and tear.

Moving Parts

Handles, wheels, and zippers are covered for one year. After that, field-replaceable parts are provided free of charge, though service costs may apply.

Electronics

Electronic components carry a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty. Contact Gator Cases after this period for replacement part options.

Airline and Shipping Damage

Damage by airlines or carriers is not covered. Claims must be filed with the respective carrier. Gator can assist with required documentation.

Discontinued Products

Support continues for one year after product discontinuation or purchase—whichever is later. Part availability is handled case-by-case after that period.

Warranty Exclusions

• Repairs done by unauthorized service centers
• Use in rental or commercial capacity
