Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. It includes repair or replacement of the product, or a comparable alternative at our discretion. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Damage Not Covered

This warranty excludes damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, water, or transportation.

Moving Parts

Parts subject to regular use (e.g., zippers, handles, wheels) are covered for one year. After one year, field-replaceable parts are offered free of charge, though repair services may incur a fee.

Electronics

Electronic components are covered under a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty. For replacements beyond this period, please contact Gator Cases.

Airline and Shipping Damage

Damage caused by airline or shipping mishandling is not covered. Claims must be filed with the carrier. We can assist with documentation for claims.

Discontinued Products

Support is provided for up to one year after discontinuation or one year from purchase, whichever is later. After this period, parts may be available depending on stock.

Warranty Exclusions

• Improper or unauthorized repairs
• Use of the product for rental purposes
