Limited Lifetime Warranty Information

Gator Cases is dedicated to producing high-quality cases, bags, and accessories. We back this with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This applies to the original owner with proof of purchase. The warranty covers repair or replacement with a comparable product at our discretion and excludes loss of personal property, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Damage Not Covered

Not covered: damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme conditions, solvents, acids, water, wear and tear, or shipping damage.

Moving Parts

Moving parts (e.g., zippers, handles, wheels) are covered for one year from purchase. After one year, parts may be provided at no cost, but service may incur charges.

Electronics

Ninety-day warranty on all electronics. Contact Gator for replacement part purchases beyond this period.

Airline/Shipping Damage

Not covered. File a claim with the carrier. Gator can assist by providing repair or replacement cost documentation.

Discontinued Items

Coverage for 1 year after discontinuation or 1 year from purchase, whichever is later. Replacement parts offered when available.

Voiding Your Warranty

• Repairs done by non-authorized centers.
• Products used for rental purposes.
