Limited Lifetime Warranty Information

Gator Cases provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original owner with proof of purchase and includes repair or replacement with a comparable product at Gator’s discretion. It excludes accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, and loss of personal items.

Damage Not Covered

The warranty excludes damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, transport damage, or normal wear and tear.

Moving Parts

Covered for one year from purchase. After one year, replacement parts are offered free of charge, but repairs may incur a fee.

Electronics

Electronics are covered for 90 days. After that, contact Gator Cases for replacement part availability.

Airline or Shipping Damage

Damage caused during shipping must be claimed with the carrier. Gator can assist with repair estimates.

Discontinued Items

Warranty coverage lasts up to one year after product discontinuation. Gator may still offer parts or replacements if available.

Voiding Your Warranty

• Repairs by unauthorized service centers.
• Use of product in rental applications.
