Gator Cases provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser. It covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship with valid proof of purchase. Coverage includes repair or replacement or a comparable alternative, at Gator’s discretion.

Warranty Coverage:

• Defects in materials and workmanship
• Moving parts such as latches and wheels (covered for 1 year)
• Field-replaceable parts offered free of charge beyond 1 year for the product's life
• Electronics (if any) covered for 90 days

Exclusions:

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or exposure to elements
• Wear and tear from regular use
• Transport damage caused by airlines or shipping carriers
• Rental usage or non-authorized repairs

Support for Discontinued Items:

Warranty remains valid for one year post-discontinuation or purchase, whichever is later. Replacement parts may still be provided based on availability.
