Gator Cases provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner with proof of purchase and includes repair or replacement or substitution with a comparable product of equal value at Gator’s discretion.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

• Manufacturing defects in structure and materials
• Moving parts such as wheels, handles, and latches (covered for 1 year)
• Lifetime availability of field-replaceable parts
• Electronics, if included, covered for 90 days

Not Covered:

• Damage from misuse, impact, or exposure to elements (water, solvents, etc.)
• Normal wear and tear
• Airline or freight company handling damage (claim must be filed with carrier)
• Damage from rental use or unauthorized repair services

Discontinued Product Policy:

Warranty coverage remains for one year after the product is discontinued or from the original purchase—whichever is later. If parts are still in stock, replacements may be provided based on availability.
