What’s Covered:

• Repair or replacement of defective products

Not Covered:

• Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
• Damage from solvents, water, acids, or extreme temperatures
• Wear and tear or abrasion
• Damage caused by airline or freight handling

Additional Warranty Details:

• Moving Parts: Covered for 1 year; lifetime field-replaceable parts offered when available
• Electronics: Covered for 90 days
• Discontinued Products: Covered for 1 year after discontinuation or purchase—whichever is later

Warranty is Void If:

• Repairs are performed by non-Gator-approved service centers
• The product is used for rental purposes

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect. Return shipping to the nearest Gator Service Center is the customer's responsibility. Gator will inspect the item and determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate. If the item is no longer available, a comparable product will be provided at Gator’s discretion.
