Gator Frameworks offers a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects for the original owner with proof of purchase. This warranty includes repair or replacement with a product of equal value.

Not Covered: Damage due to misuse, accidents, wear and tear, extreme conditions, or transport.

Moving Parts: Covered for 1 year. Field-replaceable parts may be provided after that.

Electronics: 90-day manufacturer warranty.

Shipping Damage: Not covered. File claims directly with the carrier.

Discontinued Items: Covered for 1 year after discontinuation or purchase (whichever is later), subject to part availability.
