Gator Frameworks provides a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This applies to the original owner with proof of purchase.

The warranty includes repair or replacement of the product or a comparable alternative. It excludes damage from misuse, accidents, wear and tear, and transport damage.

Moving parts are covered for 1 year. Electronics are covered for 90 days. Airline and shipping damage must be claimed with the carrier.

Discontinued items are supported for one year after becoming unavailable. Warranty is void if unauthorized repairs are made or if the item is rented.

Outside the USA, contact your local distributor. Claims require proof of purchase and photos. Customers are responsible for shipping defective products to the service center.
