All Gator Frameworks products are backed by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is applicable to the original owner with valid proof of purchase.

What's Covered:

• Repair or replacement of defective products
• Substitution with a comparable product if the original is discontinued

What's Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect
• Damage from exposure to water, heat, solvents, acids, or mishandling
• Airline or shipping-related damages

Additional Warranty Notes:

• Moving Parts: Covered for 1 year; field-replaceable parts available for product life
• Electronics: Covered for 90 days from purchase
• Discontinued Products: Warranty support up to one year after discontinuation

Warranty Voided If:

• Maintenance or repairs are performed by non-Gator-approved technicians
• Product is used in a rental environment

Warranty Claim Process:

To file a claim, submit proof of purchase and defect photos. Return shipping to the nearest Gator Service Center is the responsibility of the customer. Products are inspected upon arrival and either repaired or replaced as applicable. If the item is no longer available, a comparable product of equal or better condition will be provided.
