Limited Lifetime Warranty Information

Gator Cases provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner and requires proof of purchase.

The warranty includes repair or replacement of the product or a comparable product at Gator's discretion. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, loss of personal property, or normal wear and tear.

Damage Not Covered

Coverage excludes misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, and transport damage.

Moving Parts

Covered for one year from purchase (e.g., zippers, handles, wheels). Afterward, parts may be provided free, but repair services may incur charges.

Electronics

Electronics are covered under a 90-day manufacturer warranty. Contact Gator Cases after this period for parts or support.

Airline/Shipping Damage

Such damage is not covered. File claims with the carrier immediately. Gator can assist with documentation for claims.

Discontinued Items

Coverage lasts one year from discontinuation or original purchase, whichever is later. Parts or replacements may still be provided if available.

Voiding the Warranty

• Repairs by unauthorized service centers
• Rental use of the product
