Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner and requires proof of purchase. We may repair or replace the product, or offer a comparable alternative at our discretion. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Damage Not Covered

This warranty excludes damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, and transport mishandling.

Moving Parts

Parts such as zippers, retractable handles, and wheels are covered for one year. After that, Gator offers field-replaceable parts at no charge. Repair services may incur a fee.

Electronics

All electronic components are covered for 90 days. For issues beyond this period, please contact Gator Cases for replacement part options.

Airline & Shipping Damage

Airline and freight carrier mishandling is not covered. Claims should be filed directly with the carrier. Gator can assist with documentation for parts or repair estimates.

Discontinued Products

Warranty support is available for one year after discontinuation or from the purchase date—whichever is later. Part availability may vary after that period.

Warranty Exclusions

• Repairs or servicing by non-Gator-approved technicians
• Use of the product in rental applications
