Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original owner with proof of purchase and may result in repair, replacement, or a comparable product at Gator’s discretion. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Not Covered Under Warranty

• Damage from misuse, neglect, abrasion, extreme temperatures, or exposure to liquids and solvents
• Airline or freight damage (file claims directly with the carrier)

Additional Warranty Terms

• Moving Parts: Covered for one year from purchase; field-replaceable parts provided for life
• Electronics: Covered for 90 days
• Discontinued Products: Support for one year post-discontinuation (subject to part availability)

Warranty Will Be Void If:

• Repairs or maintenance are performed by non-Gator-approved technicians
• Product is used in a rental environment
