Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner and requires proof of purchase. We may repair, replace, or offer a comparable product at our discretion. This warranty excludes damage due to misuse, accidents, and normal wear and tear.

Damage Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or transport mishandling.

Moving Parts

Parts such as zippers, handles, and wheels are covered for one year. After that, Gator provides field-replaceable parts free of charge. Repair services beyond one year may incur a fee.

Electronics

Electronic components are covered for 90 days. After that, contact Gator Cases to inquire about replacement parts.

Airline & Shipping Damage

Damage caused by airlines or freight carriers is not covered. Claims should be filed directly with the carrier. Gator can provide documentation to assist with your claim.

Discontinued Products

Support is available for one year after discontinuation or purchase—whichever is later. Part availability beyond this period is subject to inventory.

Warranty Exclusions

• Unauthorized repairs or servicing by non-approved technicians
• Use of the product in rental applications
