Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner and requires proof of purchase. At Gator’s discretion, products may be repaired or replaced with a comparable item. The warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.

Damage Not Covered

Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water exposure, or transport is not covered.

Moving Parts

Components like zippers, wheels, and retractable handles are covered for one year. After that, field-replaceable parts may be offered free of charge, but service costs may apply.

Electronics

All electronics are covered for 90 days. For service after this period, please contact Gator Cases for replacement part availability.

Airline & Shipping Damage

Damage caused by airline or shipping carriers is not covered. Claims should be filed directly with the carrier. Gator Cases can assist by providing cost documentation for claims.

Discontinued Products

Support is available for one year from the date of product discontinuation or one year from purchase—whichever is later. After that, parts may still be available based on inventory.

Warranty Exclusions

• Unauthorized repairs or servicing by non-Gator-approved centers
• Use of the product in a rental environment
