Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original owner and requires proof of purchase. It includes repair or replacement of the product or a comparable substitute at Gator’s discretion. The warranty excludes accidental damage, misuse, and normal wear and tear.

Damage Not Covered

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, extreme temperatures, abrasion, water, chemicals, or mishandling during shipping or transport.

Moving Parts

Components such as zippers, retractable handles, and wheels are covered for one year. After one year, field-replaceable parts are available free of charge. Repair services may be billed.

Electronics

Electronic parts carry a 90-day manufacturer warranty. Contact Gator Cases for replacement options after this period.

Airline & Shipping Damage

Damage caused by airline or freight mishandling is not covered. File claims directly with the carrier. Gator can assist with parts and documentation.

Discontinued Items

Warranty support is provided for one year from product discontinuation or from the purchase date—whichever is later. Availability of replacement parts may vary.

Warranty Exclusions

• Unauthorized repairs or service by non-Gator-approved providers
• Use of the product in a rental capacity
