Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner and requires valid proof of purchase. At Gator's discretion, products may be repaired or replaced with a comparable item. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Damage Not Covered

Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear, or transportation is not covered.

Moving Parts

Parts subject to regular use such as zippers, wheels, and retractable handles are covered for one year. After one year, field-replaceable parts may still be offered free of charge. Repair services may incur charges.

Electronics

All electronics are covered for 90 days under the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact Gator Cases for service or replacement after this period.

Airline & Shipping Damage

Airline and freight carrier damage is not covered. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier. Gator Cases can assist by providing cost documentation for repairs or replacement.

Discontinued Products

Warranty support continues for one year after the product is discontinued or from the original purchase date—whichever is later. Availability of parts beyond that period may vary.

Warranty Exclusions

• Improper or unauthorized maintenance or repairs
• Use in rental applications
