Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gator Cases provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is valid for the original owner and requires proof of purchase. At our discretion, we may repair or replace the product, or substitute it with a comparable item of equal value. This warranty excludes damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Damage Not Covered

Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water exposure, and transport-related impacts.

Moving Parts

Wearable components like zippers, retractable handles, and wheels are covered for one year. After that, field-replaceable parts are available free of charge, but service fees may apply.

Electronics

Electronic components are covered for 90 days. Contact Gator Cases for replacement part options beyond this period.

Airline & Shipping Damage

Damage from airline or shipping company mishandling is not covered. File claims directly with the carrier. Gator can assist with repair or replacement documentation.

Discontinued Items

Parts and replacement support are provided for up to one year after product discontinuation or from original purchase—whichever is later. Availability beyond this period is not guaranteed.

Warranty Exclusions

• Unauthorized repairs or service by non-Gator-approved technicians
• Use of product in rental applications
