• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Exposure to solvents, water, or extreme temperatures
• Airline or freight mishandling

Additional Warranty Terms

• Moving Parts: Covered for 1 year. Free replacement parts offered afterward if available.
• Electronics: Covered for 90 days from date of purchase
• Discontinued Products: Covered for 1 year after discontinuation or from purchase, whichever is later

Voiding the Warranty

• Repairs done by unauthorized or non-Gator-approved technicians
• Product used in rental or commercial capacities

Filing a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, provide a valid receipt and photos of the issue. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to a Gator Service Center. Upon inspection, Gator will notify whether the claim is approved and handle repairs or replacements accordingly.
